Todays group: Teeter Inversion Tables

7 members and counting

Group description:

Using a Teeter Inversion Table is probably the best thing you can do for most back problems.

Inverting will:
* Gently elongate your spine
* Decompresses your main joints such as the knees and hips
* Correct minor spinal misalignments,
* Re-hydrate the discs between your vertebrae and reduce any nerve root pressure that might otherwise cause pain.
* Allow you to do inverted sit-ups and squats

A recent study on patients with sciatic problems by a Newcastle Hospital found that the group of who used an inversion table were 70.5% less likely to need surgery when when compared with the control group.
