Todays group: No wheat is no fun!

Group description:
This group is for all those people out there that are allergic to wheat and all those people who have celiac disease (not able to digest the gluten in wheat, oats, barley, and rye). It's a group where we can complain about not being able to eat all the yummy things made with gluten and where we can share good recipes and good companies that make good gluten free food.

My thoughts: Luckily I can have wheat but my poor dad has just been told...no wheat and no dairy. Its freekin tricky cooking dinner now. But I can totally sympathise as I couldnt have dairy till I was 15 years old, so thats 15 years of no dairy. So I understand. It not fair...but thats life.
