If at one point of time you were lost, and just dead; and then you found Jesus this group is for you. This group is also for those who don't know him and would like to. Just to give you a back story, Jesus is the Son of God and he came here about 2,000 years ago and died for you. He also took all the crap in your lives and put it on himself. He paid the price for your sins, which if you didn't know is death. He was brutally beaten, mocked, beat some more, denied, betrayed, and then he hung on a cross for you. He suffered for YOU. And he did it all with love and you in his mind every moment. You don't have to do anything to earn this gift of grace, because he gives it to you for free. All you have to do is ask him to take you horrible, ugly, hard heart and give you a new one and to come inside of you and live. How do you ask? Easy, just ask him, he's right behind you. Stop running, just turn around to him and ask.

My thoughts: Make sure you never forget the real easter and its message, Jesus died on the cross for us, to save us. All the yummy chocolate eggs on sunday is all well and good but dont forget the reason for the season, being a religious person or not.
