Todays group: I'm addicted to The Weather Channel
253 members and counting
Group description:
This group is for anyone who:
Knows:
What “local on the 8’s? are?
Who Jim Cantore is.
Who Alexandra Steele is
How Alexandra and Jim flirt on camera!
That the Jennifer Lopez on this station isn’t from the block
That this Betty Davis is not known for her eyes.
Remember when:
Jeanetta Jones was shown in a family way on live national television.
Several other female personalities were shown in a family way as well.
John Hope died.
Steve Lyons came in.
The trivial segment Weather Wisdom would come on right before local on the 8’s.
Atmosphere’s came on (and where the hell did Mish Michael’s appear from and disappear to?)
Think:
Storm Stories is a pathetic rip off of The Discovery Channel’s Storm Warning.
…It Could Happen Tomorrow is cheesy as hell with terrible graphics, but still interesting.
Dave Schwartz is weird.
The Weather Channel has brought a lot of amazing weather coverage to households across the nation. If you are one of the millions of viewers who tune in at least once a week, you belong in this group.

My thoughts: I love the weather channel, but I dont think as much as these guys. I love to watch the radar when there is a storm though, very facinating.
